Established in 1996, Second City Group Ltd. has cleaned multi-billion-dollar developments across Toronto and the GTA for some of the largest developers and general contractors in the country, from a 65-storey waterfront tower to a million-square-foot industrial campus.

We do three things: post-construction cleaning for commercial and industrial sites, recurring Building Care Programs for property managers, and final cleans for new homes and condos. Large expert crews, multiple construction sites running at once, and buildings under recurring care programs every month.

Our clients value discretion, so we do not publish their names. What we can say is that thirty years of handovers that passed first time is why they keep calling.
