How long does a post-construction clean take?
A typical 2,000 square foot home takes a full crew one day. Larger custom builds or homes with heavy dust can take longer, and we tell you up front.
When should I book?
Once the last trade is scheduled out. The clean should be the final thing before furniture arrives. Book a week ahead where possible, and call if you are tighter than that.
Do you clean condos?
Yes. New-build condo units and post-renovation condo cleans are a regular part of the work, including building access and elevator bookings.
